Facilitated peer support groups
Meeting online, our peer support groups offer participants a safe place to share stories, connect with others, and feel supported and validated in their journey. No matter what stage of grief you are in, or what type of loss you have experienced, someone has been there, and we are here to support you, and each other. Because time does not heal all wounds, whether your loss was recent, or happened decades ago, we open our arms to you. Our peer support groups are inclusive, are not religiously or politically affiliated, and support families of all compositions. Groups are led by fellow loss parents who have completed advanced peer support group facilitation training. Interested in attending our next gathering? “It took me years after my losses to feel ready to open up to the larger pregnancy loss community. With the peer support group, I immediately felt welcomed, embraced, and supported. It was validating and affirming to experience a group of women who understand the layers of complexity that come with these types of losses. They saw me when others didn’t and honoured my lost babies like few others could.” |
